Our experience with Jeff Meyer's office has been outstanding!  

Our agent, Emma Meyer, is a pleasure to work with.  Emma is accommodating, responsive and empathetic.  She has really listened to and heard our concerns, preferences and needs.  Super friendly too!  And we love the fact that we can meet with her in person when we need to.

We switched to State Farm because our previous insurer didn't send an adjuster to our property when we filed a storm damage claim, and they didn't have a storefront office to walk into where we could speak to someone directly. Although we started out with an agent, in the last few years we no longer had an actual agent and were left talking to whichever stranger was assigned to our claims.

Also: We're saving several hundred dollars each year with State Farm!

I have been with State Farm Insurance since I was 16 and with Jeff Meyer since I moved to Minneapolis from Chicago in 1998.  Lisa Carlson has always taken excellent care of us and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a lifetime of insurance needs!

This office truly goes above and beyond when it comes to helping their clients! I recently had my parked car hit by a drunk driver and it barely became an inconvenience for how well Jeff and his colleagues handled my claim. They were one step ahead of me throughout the whole process and helped me to obtain a rental car both promptly and at a great rate. In addition to how efficient they are at handling claims, every person I have interacted with is both incredibly kind and eager to help. I recently had a wonderful experience setting up renter's insurance with Emma, and will be using this insurance agency for any of my insurance needs in the future.

I've have State Farm for many years and have always been happy with the service, but I'm particularly impressed with this office! Their customer service goes above and beyond. They are quick to respond (often getting back to me via email within 15 minutes), they make my policy and changes to it easy to understand, and (even with crazy things like a dog destroying the inside of my car) I've never had anything less then great coverage. I would highly recommend Jeff Meyer and his staff to anyone who is looking for a new insurance provider.
