I've had Allstate insurance with Brian Hambley for 15 years. I lived in NY and had bought a rental house in Vegas. Brian is a good guy and always makes himself available. I did have trouble with Allstate when my house got broken in to and copper pipes were stolen, AC ruined and furnace ruined.17k in damages and they turned me down for a bogus reason. Luckily, had a good friend who was an Allstate executive in NY who gave me the number to the President of Allstate in Chicago. I called them and explained he situation and they worked the issue and got me paid. I was unable to rent the place for 5 months because of their games and "deny the claim for any reason" policy which I know they follow. I should also add, I was a loyal Allstate customer for 30 years insuring 2-5 cars every year, my primary home and a personal umbrella policy and when I bought it, my Las Vegas rental. I would never buy Allstate again, ever, ever. But, if you're a fan of Allstate and live in Vegas, make Brian Hambley your guy. None of the above was Brian's fault and he is a good Agent.
