When Shelley Hayes, my  AAA travel agent retired a few years ago, I was pleasantly surprised that Andrea Leslie, an agent I had worked with previously, had replaced her.  Andrea has helped me plan (and purchase) many trips and I find her attention to detail is outstanding.  She is always so helpful, pleasant and easy to work with!  I would recommend her to anyone who wants a real "travel advocate" in his or her corner!

was left stranded after my truck broke down. AAA showed up after an hour and then refused service because I lad my very friendly Labrador with me. The tow truck driver was smoking a cigarette in the cab and drove off after I said that I would not leave my dog in the broken down vehicle. It was 107 degrees out. I called American Auto Towing which was the service provider for AAA to file a complaint and I was told to call Donald Trump If I wanted to file a complaint. Wonderful Service!!!

I have been working with Angela for about a year planning our family trip to the Dominican Republic. She is THE BEST! Always very helpful and responded back to me very quickly. HIGHLY recommend her and this AAA Summerlin office

Called office and was unable to get through, so I drove directly there, in order to schedule an appointment with a travel agent. Once there I was told, they could not schedule an appointment and gave me a number to call or email agent directly. I emailed agent Andrea Leslie with 5 different locations and two possible dates. The agent Andrea called me back and complained that my request was "a lot of work, and that she had never had anyone ask her for so much information before." Andrea spoke to me with a condescending tone of voice and repeatedly reminding me of how busy she was with other clients. I do NOT recommend this office to anyone looking for options when planning a family vacation. I was planning on booking two family vacations for 2017 and 2018.

Misplaced my agent's direct number.  Can't contact her on the general number.  Long waits to speak to an operator.  Frustrating!!!
