Renee Merback is my guardian angel! I was considering purchasing a Chevy Equinox and called her to get a ball bark of the variance up or down in insurance premium. The good news was that the insurance would be less on the new Equinox! As a side, Renee mentioned the $500 bonus on select vehicles and educated me on the pros and cons of each one offered as it relates to insurance. She makes the best car salesman! She even explained that colors make a difference on the highway so after that bit of information, I was open to white and lighter colors rather just black which is too dark to be seen. Hazard!!!  I even decided to investigate her choice vehicle (make) for me based upon my specifications and I am happy to report, I bought it! I am the proud owner of a new Hyundai Santa Fe! And I'm getting $500 cash back! You can't get any better than that in an Allstate agent! I am in GOOD HANDS with Renee. We are now talking about my new teen driver - this should be interesting!!!

Great customer service!  They are very nice and professional! Whenever I need any type of document, they expedite it and I literally get it the same day! I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for insurance!!
