The few times I had to call no one would answer. Basic requests would take days to get a response. I would recommend going to anyone else, I love Allstate as a company but this particular business left much to be desired

I thought she did a good job responding to my inquires both initial and later when I had questions about my insurance. She is not pushy by any means and that is what made my decision to go with her and Allstate.

Her customer service is horrible. Every time I would try to ask a question she would assume what I was going to say and cut me off. When I got frustrated I said I had a question, started to ask it, she interrupted me again and told me if I started talking again she would be done with me. From the moment my husband and I walked into this location you could tell she didn't want to be working. She was messing around with her husband who also works there and didn't not want to stop. I will never go back to this kind of customer service and noone else should have to as well

I'm purchasing a house, so I contacted her to see about a homeowners policy quote with and without my car with them. I got an email response asking for my current address, the address being purchased, and my date of birth. I responded with that info, assuming they were setting up a file no me and would get back to me with more questions since the only relevant info about the quote needed is the address being purchased. A full week later, without any communication in between, I get an email from someone else with two quotes.... Where were the questions about what deductibles I want? flood insurance? hail? tornado? coverage levels for furniture, sporting goods, pets, etc? Not to mention when getting a quote that includes a car on the policy you'd expect to know what they are going to charge to insure the car so you can compare total costs with other companies. They never even asked what year or type of car, let alone supplied a quote for the car. In that week they failed to ever communicate with me, I exchanged numerous emails and phone calls with other companies. I'd expect the sales/courting period of a new customer to be when they would give the best service in order to make the sale. So if there is a lack of communication during the sales period, I can only expect equal or worse service if I'm a customer who needs to file a claim and has already given them my money.
