I am the type of customer that likes the personal touch and I try to do very little business on line. In the past I would pay my bills via snail mail. With my Allstate accounts I call in and speak to Kathleen (or on occasion Denny) and I always feel well treated, respected and confident in the way my business is taken care of. Kathleen is always kind and I enjoy speaking with her. If I ever have a question, she has always provided me with an answer and I have really appreciated her service. She is kind, knowledgeable and provides amazing customer service.

Have been with the agency since I was 21 years old and I'm now almost 40 and will stay with them as long as possible the people working in the office are all very nice and extremely helpful I always feel like I'm talk to you like a friend and not like just someone buying insurance my husband and I love this agency and hope to stick with it probably for the rest of our lives and maybe even my son when he gets old enough may go with Allstate and their agency we have recommended many friends and family to the agency and as far as I know they've always all been happy

About 4 yrs ago i decided to shop my insurance. In the past Allstate seemed to be higher but after a recommendation from a friend i visited this agency. The young ladies were very welcoming. i spoke mainly with Helen who was great. She compared my policy apple to apple and i was amazed i would save money. She then asked the Agent Denny to comeout. He then sat down reviewed the policy and made a few recommendations they gave me better coverage and still saved money. About 9 .months afterwards i had to use my homeowners for something and the sercice with claims the agency was great. Give Denny a call its worth the time.

All the agents here were warm friendly and eager to help. I never had a bad experience whit any of them. I highly recommend them!
