Wow. This guy is a real jerk. I asked him why my car insurance keeps going up every month even though our driver ratings are improving. His response was " I don't know". Then he came back with a really bad attitude and said "I haven't got one phone call about a dollar a month rate increase. He says I am lucky enough to have a gold package with AllState. This guy is a real piece of work and has no customer service skills. Absolute Jerk and now shopping for new insurance. DON'T WASTE YOU TIME. Miss you Charles Bradley!

Jacob is absolutely amazing! He was thorough with me when discussing insurance, and broke everything down; to where a first timer business and car insurance client, felt comfortable and informed. He is extremely personable, and caters to his customers. You literally can't find a better agent!

The Jake Miesen Allstate agency team was amazing! I was absolutely astonished with how much money I saved using Jake for my insurance needs. The Miesen team truly wants you to be in the best hands and save the most money, and they work hard to make sure it happens. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best insurance possible!

Truly some of the best customer service I've seen from an agency, but was able to save over $100/month and cut my deductible in half with matching full coverage amounts after shopping around. Thank you for your agency's time and attention.
