I am very happy with my Allstate Insurance Mauricio and all of his staff are there for you any time you need them . If you need any kind of insurance go to Allstate first and i really feel you will get the best deal for a very good rate call Mauricio he can let you know the right way to go  for your plan.

The ladies working in the office have great customer service!!! I had another insurance where i was paying alot more for less coverages and they tried their best to give me a better price!! Thank you very much!! Im very satisfied with the service provided and the $$ im now saving. Go here guys, you wont regret it!!

Avoid this place at all costs. 2nd female from right to left believes she has the power to make, changes to your policy as she pleases. She got butthurt that we left and went to another all state agent; so she went in and started adding and removing people, as well as vehicles from the policy, without the consent of the policy holder. 
    She was giving misleading information. she was very much uninformed of what she was doing, and also seemed as if the prices she was giving us were just being pulled out of her rear end. She stated that these prices were "prices that allstate creates" yet she tells us if we bring her more customers she will give us a discount on our total bill for the policy. Which clearly tells me that they are just throwing random numbers at us. 
  This is the best part. While she was adding vehicles, and personal to the policy. We asked a few questions as to how the price is affected, why it fluctuates from very low to very high out of no where and etc. This is what shr literally did, shr grabbed the mouse, scrolled up and down a couples times (fast enough to where you couldn't even stop and read anything to give a valid reponse) than she would just blurt out a random response which in the end didn't even answer the question and left us confused. Almost as if she was stalling to try and come up with some bull. Worst experience ever. Believe me when I say, stay away from this office. Allstate is not a bad insurance, just this office doesn't know what it's doing.
