After being a customer of Allstate insurance company and having to do business personally with Mr. Marchand, I feel extremely disappointed with his services. The issue that frustrated me greatly was a additional charge on my monthly statement of $40.00. I was unsure what exactly this new charge was. I called and spoke to Mr. Marchand and found out the charge was a "national" increase in everyone's rates because of increased number of accidents in the US. Keep in mind I have had a great driving record with no tickets, or claims in over four years. To see this additional charge with no email, call or documentation as to why the increase was happening took me by complete surprise. I was extremely frustrated and changed companies immediately. And actually received a much better deal elsewhere. I will never do business with Allstate again. And I continue to question the legality of this "mysterious" rate increase.
