Terrible customer service.  Inquiries from me went repeatedly ignored.  And after switching companies for that reason they continued to charge my account.  As for being ignored I'd get excuses like "Oh that girl went on holidays so she didn't get back to you."  Mind blown.  Absolutely brutal.

DON'T  INSURE YOUR TRAILER WITH THEM!!!  They have no clue about trailers and won't help you so you are just throwing your money away!!!
