NEVER GET INSURANCE FROM THEM. Especially from Didar in the Vaughan Office. They were charging me $611. It started from $400 but I did not get "Device" installed in my car. The device tracks how you drive. They started to threaten to charge $300 penalty if I canceled. I was stuck. Now I have TD insurance for $300. Didar is the worst person I have ever met. He is stealing your money. DON'T TRUST ALL STATE..... FOR YOUR OWN SAKE.

0 stars. Heather at all state in markham ont is the worst customer care rep. Jeff for the claim dept understands your matter and works on it promptly. Last year my father calls in for a claim and he had to take it personally to the body shop then they call to ask questions. AVOID ALL STATE by all mean's. I rather pay the extra dollar and get excellent customer service than half as* treatment.

Worst allstate location filled with liars with attitude problems. It starts from the receptionist who makes you wait while she goes on another smoke break in so many hours. The agents will find an excuse for any questions you have even if its not correct. This location only cares about their numbers and your signiture, they will say anything to get the sale. BE WARNED
