Was told wrong by the receptionist on the phone on how to handle my claim on having roof work done. Because of her faulty and wrong advice, it cost me $6000 out of my own pocket that Allstate refuses to reimburse me back. Do not do business here. Absolutely irate with the way Allstate conducted business handled the situation.

I had the pleasure of speaking to a Miss Cindy Devaroe on the phone this evening to get a quote on auto insurance. She was such a sweetheart and did her job so well with research.  I highly recommend calling her for info and good rates.

Poor customer service and rude receptionist! I have been insured by Allstate for a few years but if I can't call and ask questions without an attitude, I will take my business elsewhere.
