I feel betrayed by this agent. He said he was going to do one thing and went back on his word. State Farm had lost our car for 24 hours. After being lied to by the tow company and State Farm Claims, I spoke to this agent and expressed my concern. He asked what he could do to make this right. I told him that I wanted him to find my car and that I wanted a rental car until my car was fixed. He told me that he would find my car and that he would talk to State Farm Corporate and that If They Would not get me A Rental Car that he Would Take Care Of it. State Farm had the car for 11 days. Once my car was found, by my wife who took off work early to do so and the Sheriff's  office, this agent had no interest in keeping his word. I'm very disappointed in the way my agent had no interest in taking care of me. My wife has been with State Farm for 20 years and I have been with State Farm for 10 years. My wife has suffered stress and high BP from all the anxiety.
