I hit a deer and totaled my cadillac last year. Allstate gave me blue book value for my car and had the funds in my account in less than three weeks. Barely over two if I remember correctly. Very prompt and friendly.

This guy screwed me! They  dropped me then charged me after the drop
The had and idiot come out who said my roof had less than 5 year left they then dropped me with a day notice. Allstate make a habit of forcing you to fix something just as a matter of process go any where but here. Jeff said he would come and look he never did just called me and said o gee I can't help you! Then they billed me for the that service less than a month have gone by and I have received a collection letter Piss off does not describe situation pissed on does. Go to Gieco go anywhere but here with the service I was given I can not imagine what trying to file a claim would be like you are better off just putting the money in the bank!

I have my vehicles and house insured through Allstate. I have filed a couple of claims over the years, and Jeff Rickett has always been very prompt, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with.  I have referred several friends and family members to Jeff, and all are more than pleased with their great service. Aside from Jeff's great service, Allstate as a company has also been very easy and fair to do business with, and their rates are very fair. If you are shopping for better insurance, Jeff and Allstate are definitely worth looking at.
