I was very pleased with my experience with Ann Gardner. She asked good questions, helped me understand some policy issues, and made me feel comfortable. 

I’ve known one of her office staff for several years, and believe Jennifer would not stay, if she was uncomfortable. I believe Ann’s team will do a good job, in a complex business that requires good faith.

I also appreciate Ann’s support for the WREN Foundation, the local affiliate of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. We are able to send a book per month to children in Sheridan County from birth to age 5, at no charge, thanks to our supporters.

Ann does not know how to do her job.  She is unprofessional and negative.  Don't expect her work FOR you.  If I could give her a negative 5 star I would.

After 30 years State Farm canceled my home owners for making a claim for water damage which they didn't pay a dime and a claim for hail damage that effected several homes in the Sheridan Wyoming area.  This agent was no help in resolving the issue.  I posted these facts on Facebook only to find that several other State Farm clients were canceled due to the hail storms that occurred spring of 2013.
