I want to thank Megan for taking care of me after I was involved in a car accident on Nov.30th.  I was getting a run around and Megan went out of her way to take care of me when it should have been the other insurance company who should have been there, she made a lot of phone calls on my behalf 
But after a week of many phone calls not only did I have Megan but two other ladies from the other insurance who finally reach out to me and was taken care of that very same day on December 8th.
 I have never been disappointed on any service I have gotten through Kenneth Hartenstein's office in Fairview Heights, Il and I have been with him since 1985 and have no desires to go to any other insurance company.
