Wonderful people and company. Everyone tries to go above and beyond for the clients, even at driving someone home after she got in a car accident. Every decision, every roll out, even strategy has the client in mind and that feels great when insurance keeps changing. Especially in the world of ACA.

RW Troxell is a second rate insurance agency.  They deliver weak customer service.  Their brokers are not knowlegeable about the lines they sell.  The leadership does not provide the direction and example they should.  They are a central Illinois agency and should stay in markets that don't require a sophisticated broker.  Definitely not recommended.
