Jonathan was great at helping us switch our insurance. He was super informative and was able to save us over $150 a month. He took the time to walk us through everything and make sure we were getting the same coverage we had before! I would highly recommend Jon at the Catherine Van Tiem office!

I decided it was time to break off of my parents Allstate policy to my own policy as I am looking to move out in the next few month. It was super easy to do and Jamie was amazing in walking me through the steps to do it. She was easy to talk to and I could not recommend them more.

I switched to Allstate from AAA I'm paying about the same for my car insurance however they didn't make me get renters insurance that cost me around 550 every 6 months to get a so-called discount for my car insurance and I DIDN'T HAVE TO BUY ROADSIDE ASSISTANT  every year that cost 160, that I never used either. I also am able to get 1 year newer and 20,000 less miles then my car in the event that my car is total. To save the best for last my AMAZING agent Jamie from the Sterling Heights office had all this together for me and all I had to do was spend less then 7 minutes on the phone and everything was taken care of and with my work schedule she made getting great car insurance easy as pie. I just hope Jamie sees this and smiles because she made my day just a little bit easier Thank you Jamie.

I was amazed how quickly my agent, Hayley, got back to me and that she was able to give me a great solution to my somewhat complicated problem. The issue required several back and forth messages and the speed and quality of the answers was impressive. I was not expecting that kind of service and cannot say enough good things about this agency!
