Scott Bowen is an Awesome Agent!    I left another insurance agency because I was never allowed to speak to the agent personally.   When I called Allstate at the Scott Bowen Agency, I was able to speak with the agent personally about my policies and rates.   Scott has always been there to assist me in what I needed.  He has an awesome attitude when it comes to his customers!   He also has an awesome staff!

We are always remembered by Scott and his staff when we call and they are very knowledgable when it comes to each of our policies. We have always received call backs very quickly and we appreciate their commitment to us as customers.

HUGE shoutout to Allstate (Scott Bowen) and his team. I locked my keys in my car, called Allstate and Roadside Assistance. They took care of me from phone call to completely done in less than 30 min. As a mother of 3 toddlers, this is Big and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m definitely in good hands.

Scott Bowen with Allstate Insurance has gone above and beyond the call of duty in helping with our insurance needs. His service and professionalism is unmatched in a culture of mediocrity. His whole staff was always kind and very proficient. We can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was with this agency! He saved us a lot of money as well! Since we've moved out of state, we're having trouble finding an agent as caring, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient as Scott Bowen and his team. Try them! You'll love them!!!

I must admit that I really never leave reviews, but I just had to let everyone know that the customer service you receive at Scott Bowen's office is exceptionally great. We call Idaho Falls a small town, but honestly, it's grown so much, but it feels like a small hometown business, that always knows your name.  Each and every time I had questions, everyone, including Scott Bowen himself helped me out. I thoroughly enjoy working with Ms. Andrea Grantham!! She is amazing and is an asset to Scott Bowen's insurance company. 

As a whole, the team at Allstate made everything simple and the process of transitioning from Farm Bureau to Allstate was done professionally, quickly executed and obviously streamlined to make the transition appear effortless. Good communication skills and you can always trust what they tell you. 

Good job ladies and keep up the great job 👍🏼
