I was Extremely Upset that I was charged $450 for a frontal install even after the frontal customization did not come out right. If I had known the knots on the frontal did not change from black when bleached and the lace was somehow red ????? I would not have went along with installing the frontal. But she put it on anyway, I could not see from the chair that close up. After she quickly sewed in the hair I got up and looked at the frontal up close and noticed how bad the frontal looked close up. It had black dots and u could see the red coloring through the lace??? I Dont know y. I told her I could not walk around like that. She admitted it looked bad and blamed it on her imports frontal....even though I paid $250 for the frontal and her import claimed they never had a problem. In the end she still demanded I pay $450 for a service I did not get. I paid her and left with my hair all over my head. I was very disappointed that I was taken advantage of because she knew the frontal didn't look right and she still put it on just to get paid. I am very saddened and disgusted by this experience and disappointed that I was taken advantage of. I am now out of $700.....450 for the non install and 250 for the now messed up frontal. Very disappointed and Very bad service!!!!!!! And it was the owner herself who did my hair. ????????? Never Again. Bad Service
