I have been coming to Allure salon in Naperville for almost three years now.  The service is amazing! I keep coming back because Maria the owner always gives me top notch service.  They do everything from eyebrows, waxing, facials, and hair cuts.  Maria just recently colored my hair and did an amazing job.  I will continue to come here because of the great customer service!

Maria is the owner of this store and better talk to her for appointments. If you talk to any one else in the store , they will cancel it in the last moment while you are visiting the store. Having Christmas the next day they replied that it is not their fault for this cancellation. Also she will always go by her friends who pays more and do lot of services. If you are a new comer , think before you start. She will prefer her friends and they tail gate without appointments. Think before if you are a new comer. ! While there are so many parlours who are is welcoming in this area , this is the place for their friends. New comers better stay away !

This message is directly to one of  the owners that let Sneha go. Her customers won’t be returning to this salon, that’s for sure. To be held at such a position it’s important to have something called professionalism, which you clearly lack. It’s truly pathetic how you put all these accusations on an employee of yours, that were never an issue the past three years of her service. Primarily so you could hire someone that you would not have to pay as much hourly to. That’s completely fine , but to make up irrelevant excuses for your decision is something grown up women do not do. So very childish.

It’s a good place but Iam not happy at all with Sneha’s work she spoiled my right eyebrow which I have to use eyebrow pencil to make it look right she has pulled off extra hair from center and a gap is appearing which does not look good. She has done this several times she even hurted my eyebrow and made a cut with the thread and then says sorry. Please do your eyebrow with Maria she is very gentle.

I love this parlour. The staff  was good (preet) she did really nice threading and facial .i really like it.
