I first went to this location back in 2014 and ever since have not gone to any other place for a hair cut. Staff is super friendly and know their stuff. My go to person is Romalia. Very nice and hard working lady. Location gets very busy over the weekends and for all the right and good reasons. Looking forward to another many years here. Highly recommend this location for a great hair cut.

They are taking their own time rather than doing job they are talking too much to get their tips. Wait time said 90mins online but it took more than 130mins the previous working ladies are changed and worst place now to come for hair cut, especially tall white lady doing haircut for bald head for 30mins

Very bad experience , had hair cut for my 4 year old daughter,  the hair stylist behaved very rude, she doesn’t even behaved nice to my daughter , I asked her to cut it out little short, Inturn she asked me y u want to cut it out short,  she has  to focus on what customer says, she is like I will cut her hair the way I want. Didn’t noticed her name, but she is mid age woman with very rude attitude. I went to the one located in north aurora road.

Nice and quick. Reasonable rates if you  are in Naperville area.I have become a repeat customer now.
