STAY AWAY!!! Absolutely the worst dentsit that I have ever been to. Dirty waiting room hygenists were unsanitary. Couldn't even send over a perscription for antibiotics to the pharmacy. No one there knows what they are doing. She will not help you if you are in pain. She will simply say, "aww." The dentist herself cleaned my wife's teeth in about 5 minutes doing a horrible job leaving her gums a bloody and mouth grainy. She pulled 3 of my teeth without me being fully numb even though I told her I wasn't numb, she replied with a we will see. Horrible horrible horrible experience.

I'm not one to write reviews without close observations of service and care, since I've been going to Dental Allusion for the last 3 years, I have to say it has been one of the best places that I've received dental care.  I would highly recommend Dr. Joly as a Dentist.

To put my experience into words is difficult, since I wasn't really pleased with anything while I was there. The waiting room was so very loud, with a TV on in the corner and a speaker blasting on the opposite wall. The entire office was far from up-to-date, and the hygienist that helped me was not sanitary in the way she set me up for the device that goes in your mouth for the X-ray. When the Doctor came in, she was kind, but I didn't even know she was the Doctor since she didn't introduce herself. Neither the hygienist nor the Doctor seemed very knowledgeable at all as to what was going on, and I was just referred out of the office for the service I needed, which was fine, since I wouldn't have had it done there anyways. I was very happy to leave!

Ridiculous! A crown the Dentist put on falls off and they want more money before I can even be seen!!! I make my monthly payments! Stay away from this place.
