TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: i have had my braces for over 3 years now for what what suppose to be a 18 month plan. GRANTED I missed a lot appointments due to moving out of town and state. TODAY I asked if my overbite would be fixed and DR SURBER got offended and told me to "be grateful because I had a underbite" when I told him that he didn't care if I like my teeth he said "well thats how its gonna be". WHO DOES THIS!? How are you not going to care about my experience in YOUR business? How are you going to leave your client UNSATISFIED with her teeth and not even TRY to come up with a solutions to fix it? I regret the day I went to this office and this DR to get braces. This has been the worst experience. Their schedules are NEVER accommodating. They never know the answers to any questions you have nor try to find out to follow up. They never explain what they're doing, why or how long. It's sad that this business doesn't value the MINIMAL customer service standards.

They charge late fee's from day 1 instead of 30 days like the rest of the world. they treat the kids good but the person paying for it rude

I've gone here since 7th grade and they are always efficient and friendly. Also my teeth are now straighter than a line. 10/10 would recommend.

These guys are really great. Braces aren't like when I was a kid.  They don't pull teeth for braces like used to be done all the time. No headgears and colored braces. Even clear braces and Invisalign. 
They weren't as expensive as 2 other Orthodontists. 
They also don't make you where one of those gross pink removable retainers like the other guys told me. 
They like to have fun and staff, docs, and patients all have a good time while in the office.  Cool place. 
I send all my friends and family here.
