What poor service from such expensive furniture (purchased West Bros) at Almira! Scratched walls from delivery (a joke from what was promised as "white glove" service) and only PARTIAL pieces have been delivered from purchasing MONTHS ago. The owner is incompetent and a liar and has refused to do anything. Overpriced and poor service; order from somewhere else and avoid Almira + West Bros Furniture entirely. It's a shame because the quality of the furniture in the showroom is quite nice, but don't let that fool you.

The staff are the most inconsiderate and obnoxious people on earth. They do not know what they are selling and or what they are doing. I saw a women run out and yell at people because they were parking in front of their store. Watching people like a hound to tell people to never come to your store. That is opposite of what customer service should be.

Incredibly poor customer service from Ron Almira & company & Hooker furniture. Purchased a work writing desk which NOT suitable for long hrs of work as the ergonomics are poor plus many other things was wrong with it. Asked Almira to work with me in correcting this, and other than reading me terms and conditions of their sale which is final, did absolutely nothing to assist. Paid $2400.00. Please go to other stores where you can get better service and customer satisfaction guaranteed fellow consumers. It is not worth your good money to deal with this company. Ron Almira could not even be bothered to review my concerns or photos I sent him, but instead call me to say "we never refund anything". Plus, does not even bother to reply emails. Arrogance to the peak. Horrible, horrible, horrible!

Beware of the poor customer service you get once you are done with your purchase here. Horrible. In this day and age one can return a $50.00 item to amazon - no problem. This store staff lacks knowledge, empathy and has poor customer service. Shop elsewhere if you can!
