We visited the La-Z-Boy store in Markham at Hwy 7 and Steve Kalli approached us and asked if we needed assistance.  We said no, not at this time, we are just browsing.  He left us alone and asked us to let him know if we required any help.  Later, after letting him know we were interested in a sofa, he assisted us and gave us a catalogue with his card, and also showed us a similar sofa that might have been of interest.
We left the store and several days later, we returned and dealt with Steve again.  He was extremely helpful, professional and non-intrusive, which is one of the reasons we returned to this location.  We eventually purchased a sofa and chair, and again, Steve was super helpful assisting us in our purchase.  We can recommend good service from Steve to anyone visiting this store.

I found the sale representative informed and very helpful. He did not pressure us, David, the rep, was able to answer our questions about the products we looked at and explained clearly our options in regards to model, fabric type, etc. 
A while after we finalized our order, I had to contact David to make some changes. He replied to me almost immediately and the changes were quickly made. I am very satisfied with my interactions with David.

Bob and I went in to  the La-Z-Boy in Markham on Saturday and Sunday this past weekend.  We had a very positive experience with the sales representative David Ross. He knew when to give us assistance and when to leave us to think. We appreciated his technical advice, professionalism and advocacy. We are very excited about taking delivery of two recliners and a front door carpet that we know will give us great pleasure for years to come.  The team supporting David in the invoicing and logistics department were also very pleasant and accommodating. We are renovating our home and will certainly be back for more pieces.

Exceptional service received from David Ross!!  We needed a recliner same day, in a very small time frame.  He jumped through hoops to orchestrate our pick up.  Under a time constraint, he still made knowledgeable recommendations, was extremely attentive & friendly ... his service was second to none.  Not only did he execute the sale, but also followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy with our recliner.  We would highly recommend using David for your next La-Z-Boy purchase.  Thanks David for all your efforts & an amazing experience with La-Z-Boy Furniture!!

I came to the Markham store to look for sofa for my home theater in basement. Mandy helped me. She was knowledgeable about the product and very patient to listen and answer my questions regarding the comparison between two sofas. More importantly, she made recommendations on the product that suits my need the best not the most expensive option. She never push me to make the purchase which created a pleasant  atmosphere during the whole process. She definitely won my trust and I would come back again! 
I also want to appreciate ceaser? The store manager who helped me when Mandy was on vacation. His patience and kindness also left me very good impression.
