We are one of the largest new and used book stores on the west coast. The staff is very knowledgable, and can help you find almost any book you can imagine!

Story

For those of you interested in trading in your books:
We accept books Monday-Saturday from 10-4pm for trade at 25% of the cover price.
For those of you interested in CA$H for your books:
We accept books Wednesday-Saturday from 10-4pm for cash at 10% of the cover price.

PLEASE NOTE:
-It is a 2 bag (brown grocery bag) maximum per household/carload each day.
and DUE TO THE INCREASING INFLUX OF BOOKS we receive each day:
-SUNDAY WE DO NOT TAKE BOOKS. This ensures we get all the trades done that were brought in on Saturday.
-It takes about 26 hrs to process books. ( we go through about 100 to 150 bags a day)
-Cash is available for pick up after 12
-WE ONLY ACCEPT CASH OR CHECK
-We do not take textbooks, encyclopedias, and computer books. If its anything you wouldn't buy yourself, we probably won't take.

I really want to love and support this little shop, but it is a disorganized disaster in here. I regularly come to get books for my kids as they blow through them fast and I don't really want to pay full price for new ones. The staff is mostly friendly and can lead you to something specific if you know what you're looking for. However, because it's so overcrowded with books piled waist and sometimes chest high on the floor and just stacked everywhere; I can't stand browsing in here. The chaos drives me nuts and I just want to get in and out as quick as I can. I would not be surprised if they were breaking a half dozen fire codes. All that said, I really do wish them well, I just wish they would get it cleaned up, organized and make it more welcoming.

STORE CLOSING JULY 27, 2016!!!   Used books 50%  off sticker price so most will be  $2.00.  50% off new books.  They have a large variety  of books including Children and teens.  They are very helpful if you need book suggestions.  They do not accept credit/debits,  so take cash  with you.  Plan on time to go through  the choices you will have.

It's a mess! There are books stacked 2-3 feet high and 4-5 books deep in front of book cases, blocking books that I would like to see but would literally have to climb on top of to get to. The stacks are toppling over and there are too narrow of places to walk down the rows. There has to be a better, more organized and user friendly place to buy used books in the Roseville area!  Oh, I need to mention the lack of convenience by not accepting credit cards. Such an odd business to encounter. Not worth the time.

I love this store! The people who work there are very helpful. The prices are good, especially when compared to the price of new books, and you'll hardly even notice that you've bought used books since most of them are in good to great condition. There are big stacks of books in the floor due to lack of shelf space, but it's fun to look through them...usually when looking for a certain book, you run across a couple other interesting books. Also, the selection is pretty extensive, though if you are looking for books for school (ex: Of Mice and Men/etc.) you may have to buy them new there. Overall, a WONDERFUL store!

The selection is overwhelming, so many, mamy books.  Prices are too low though for what you get.  Strange to say, but I'd give five stars if they charged more.
