Story

Angela DiMauro, a native Floridian, relocated to Ormond Beach from the Hawaiian Islands back in 2013. Prior to her arrival she successfully owned and operated numerous "successful" businesses around the globe. Being a self starter with exquisite entrepreneurial skills, she accomplishes her goals whether personal or business related. What makes "Angie" as she likes to be called, stand out is that no matter what she does, she makes life long friends along the way and treats everyone she comes into contract with feel like family. Her word is impeccable and friends are endless.

She bases her new real estate brokerage Aloha Realty of Florida, LLC on the "Aloha Spirit" that was so graciously shared with her by the people of the islands where she recently owned yet another business called Mama Mia Delivers, a catering company on the Big Island of Hawaii.
She now resides in Ormond by the Sea where she enjoys early morning walks on the beach and photography. Angie loves the sense of community so she constantly throws beach get-togethers introducing new residence to her past customers who of course are now friends.

Her current goal is working for those who seek to change their life by owning a home near the ocean where they can enjoy the laid back lifestyle, and experience the beauty and serenity of the beach every day as she does.

We called Angie from one of her listings, and she dropped everything to speed over and show us the house. After that she found a number of other listings for us to see, and was keeping us up to date as more came on the market. The evening that the house we ended up buying was listed, Angie was able to reach the listing agent that night and arrange for the first showing the next morning. She took them our full-price offer immediately after the showing, in front of a couple other full-price first day offers. Angie's dedication and attention to our search was amazing. She's made us feel like family, not just clients.

I met with Angie early September 2013, regarding selling my mother’s home, 5 years subsequent to her passing. Although I had made the decision to sell, it was still extremely emotional, especially when it was time to sign the contract. This home was my last physical connection to the holidays celebrated and the love and memories. I had held on to it simply because I couldn’t bear to give that up. I honestly don’t think I would have been able to go through with the listing and selling of the home had I been dealing with any other Realtor. My home sold within 7 weeks of the listing and I’m now grateful and know that I made the right decision. Angie’s passionate about her job and will do just about anything to accommodate her clients. From the moment you meet her you absolutely will feel like you've known her for years. If you’re in the market to buy or sell I would unquestionably recommend Angie. You’ll not only have a wonderful Realtor working for you but you’ll also have met a new friend.

Angie at Aloha Realty is hands down the best real estate broker I have ever worked with. She worked with my wife and I until we found the home we were searching for. She knows the community and the homes available for sale within the community. She is extremely alert to detail and offers expert opinion and advice. She works hard to earn your trust and is honest to a fault. If you need to speak to her Angie answers every call and never disregards your concerns. My wife and I remarked that she is the happiest, most cheerful person we know. I only wish the whole world could have the same outlook and disposition, what a better world it would be. We feel grateful to have found Angie at Aloha Realty. She has been a pleasure to work with.

Angie- More than a realtor/broker- (which she is excellent at! ) she is THE ambassador of Ormond Beach! Her caring, friendly, and knowledgeable manner truly comes from the heart. My husband and I had put an offer on a house that ended up not being accepted because it had already accepted another offer from someone else, but the realtor that we worked with on that offer was not aware of the previous offer. So we were a little disappointed and this other realtor never even reached out to us. On a Wednesday afternoon my husband noticed a house had just come on the market that looked perfect for us. He called Angie, the listing agent and she met him within the hour. He then called me at work and said come meet Angie and let's check out this house. The house was perfect, and we loved Angie's integrity and enthusiasm. We put an offer on the house that night, it was accepted and honestly Angie took care of everything. It was the smoothest house purchase we have ever had. Since we are new to this area it has helped us that Angie has become a treasured friend as well. Pam & Dennis Vandercook
