I RENTED A CONDO UNIT 106 AT THE INDIES HOUSE THRU OCEAN VIEW REALTY. AS YOU ENTER THE PARKING LOT TO THE LEFT GROUND LEVEL. I STRONGLY FEEL THIS UNIT HAS THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE FURNITURE AND WASN'T CLEAN . I ALSO SENT PICTURES  TO OCEAN VIEW WITH MY CONCERNS AND TO SHARE WITH THE OWNERS. AS I HAVE STAYED AT THE INDIES HOUSE WHICH WERE OVER THE TOP LIKE HOME. I ALSO HAD ANOTHER ISSUE WITH THE PATIO DOORS (SALT AIR, RUST)  I COULDN'T LOCK AND THE DOORS ARE IN BACKWARDS MAINTENANCE IS DEFINITELY NEEDED YEARLY.  AS I SIT AND THINK RIGHT FROM WRONG. I GUESS THE MONTHLY FEE IN POCKET IS ALL THEY ARE CONCERNED ABOUT WE WILL NEVER RENT THIS UNIT 106 AGAIN. WE MET MANY OWNERS WHO WILL RENT TO US IN THE FUTURE.

My family and I had a great experience with Ocean view. I would definitely recommend. The place we stayed at was nice and in a great neighborhood with a terrific view. They had everything ready for us when we walked in the door. Definitely coming here again next year!

•••RENTERS BEWARE••• Rented from OceanView the past couple years but this year My family had rented a condo for July at Seawinds. Paid $1100 in full in Feb 2017. so after booking that, we bought plane tickets , hotel rooms for the other nights, etc. On Saturday April 8,2017 OceanView calls and cancels our reservation as the owners will now want to be in it that week. OceanView said they would accommodate us another room but it was going to be an additional $200. They would not comp the extra cost as this was out of our control and they were at fault.  We were like WTF? Definitely a "Renter Beware" situation. I will never use them ever again. Well I should go now as I have to scramble to find a place on little notice.
