I was very pleased with my experience at Braman Honda. The sales person Mr. Alex Mesas was great treated my wife and I with respect, consideration and professionalism. We were given the price promised via text once we got to the dealer and got a good deal for the car. Also he explained everything in detail regarding the standard features of the car. Overall he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and a hassle free experience. I would definetely recommend him.

I went in for a oil change and the service was great and very fast. My attendant Ricky Teperino was very professional and he discussed with me about some other things that needs repairs and how much it would cost. The price he gave me was very affordable compared to other shops. Honda on Coral Way will always be my first choice when I need something fixed. Thanks guys

He demonstrates a high level of empathy and is always thorough, aim to insure that I am satisfied with complete service on my vehicle. My experience was absolutely amazing! I was assisted by Fidel Alejandro and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. They made my wife and I feel super comfortable the entire time. Our service was prompt and we really felt at home. We will definitely be going back for our next car purchase. The entire staff should be praised for their service which went above and beyond expectation.

Excellent customer service by Ricky and the mechanic. Problems associated with vehicle were thoroughly checked, explained, revealed, and documented with utmost accuracy. In the end the Service Representative, Ricky, followed through with the best possible options for my car (short term) and steps needed for the future to achieve the best possible care for my car in the long run. Thank you!
