Aloupas Law, P.L.L.C. is your family and criminal lawyer in Chesapeake, Virginia. Our goal as an attorney is to help people resolve their legal problems and move on with their lives. The smartest decision I ever mad when I needed legal representation was hire  Carmelou Aloupas.  She returned my call in no time at all.  When I explained my situation and when I went to her office I she made me feel at ease and not nervous.  She keeps in contact with her clients and even called me on Saturday!!  Lu is definitely a gem and deserves 10 stars!!  The one thing I really appreciated was her honesty because she told me "I do my best, but I don't win all the time."  Thank-you for your wonderful help!

Ms. Aloupas handled my divorce and was amazing.  Everything went so smoothly - even my friends were amazed that had used other attorneys for their divorce as to how quickly and smoothly my divorce was.  Ms. Aloupas was understanding and handled everything in a professional manner, but with an understanding and caring heart.  I felt as though she genuinely cared about what I was going through and protected my interests accordingly.  She was always available and willing to take the time to explain and render her advice in a fair and reasonable manner.  I had no problems at  all whatsoever with her representation and I would highly recommend her to anyone.  She will always be my first choice if I ever need legal counsel again in the future.

Ms. Aloupas is great!  She has been representing my family in regard to custody of my grandson and child support issues on several occasions during the past four years.  

She is very responsive to our questions and concerns, and always goes out of her way to ensure we understand the issues at hand and what the legal implications of the different courses of action.  She has made recommendations based on her considerable experience in family law in Virginia.    I trust her judgement and have no doubt that she has our best interest at heart.

Ms. Aloupas has always been well prepared for the multiple court appearances.  She has a very professional demeanor and her knowledge of the family court law is evident.  She stands her ground and is willing to fight for best outcome for my grandson and our family.

I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a lawyer who is trustworthy and they can count on!

She is very good at what she does, she helped to persuade the judge to grant my husband custody of his kids. She has gone above and beyond to ensure the case went smooth. I recommend using her for your future court cases.

I am a mother and grandmother who came to Lou on behalf of my son and granddaughter. keep in mind my son is over 18 and she did not have to meet with me. when I walked into her office I was worried of what the future may hold for my family. Lou talked with me for about an hour or so and when I left there my hope was restored and I knew my family was in the right hands.  she not only thinks of her clients but their families as well. if you are in need of a great attorney go see Lou. she will take good care of you. She fights for hers clients. God bless you Lou.
