Story

Richard Buyrn has practiced in Chesapeake and eastern Virginia for nearly thirty years. During that time he has developed relationships with fellow attorneys, police officers, and court staff that enable him to give his clients excellent services as well as quality results in court. His areas of practice include Traffic and DUI Defense, Criminal Defense, Family Law (Divorce, Child Custody, Support, etc.) and Social Security Disability to name a few.

Mr. Buyrn has successfully argued before the Virginia Court of Appeals two recent cases, as referenced below;

Commonwealth of Virginia vs. Saleem Pettey (Record No. 1702-03-1); Court overturned convictions of two counts of breaking and entering.
Commonwealth of Virginia vs. Kerry Lenell Boone (Record No. 0188-04-1); Successfully argued before court resulting in the dismissal of the charge of felony escape.
