I have had the pleasure of having  Dr.Salem as my dentist for over 15 years. This office has consistently provided exceptional customer service. Dr. Salem’s attention to detail and communication set him apart from other offices in the area, I leave every appointment trusting his work. Additionally, the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The office is clean and organized resulting in a great overall experience. I would highly recommend Alpha dental in Franklin to all my friends and family. Whether it is normal checkup or a root canal the services provided at alpha dental have always left me smiling.

Alpha Dental has been our family dentist for over 15 years.  Dr Salem is fast, efficient and makes the visit as pleasant as possible.  His staff is very proficient and professional.  It is evident that Dr Salem requires his staff to be on top of the newest technology and protocols.  He is a patient teacher and is often heard training as he is doing a procedure.  Thank you for your committed service to families of Franklin and surrounding communities!

I was so sad when I had to have my old molar removed. However Dr Salem and his assistant Carmen made the entire dental implant experience so simple and explained every step. They provided excellent dental care,, my new tooth is beautiful. I would highly recommend Dr. Salem and his staff for all of my future dental needs.

Without a doubt, the best family dentistry practice I have ever been a patient of.  My family and I switched to Alpha several years ago; today I was reminded of why. I had a difficult extraction, which was was performed Dr. Basha. He explained everything he was doing throughout the procedure, taking great care and showing incredible patience with my totally irrational fear and apprehension. I won't lie, I am not an easy patient. Dr. Basha's calm and reassuring manner made a visit that I have been dreading go smoothly, and I was confident that I was in good hands. D.A. Nashaly assisted, she is an absolute professional and a tremendous asset to the practice. Through the duration of the visit she showed not only skill in her craft, but a personal level of care that truly made the entire operation much less stressful. The simple reassurances she gave while I was in that chair made all the difference in the world. She put me at ease, which was no easy feat. Giving after-care instructions and even taking the time to discuss a totally unrelated procedure for my daughter made Nashaly stand out. I cannot thank her enough for the genuine care she took in handling a middle aged man who instantly became a frightened 6 year old when that needle came out. Nashaly is a gem, and I hope this review reflects my gratitude. Tech Melissa was called in to perform an x-ray, totally courteous and professional. That was expected; her cheerful demeanor and genuine care and concern were not, and the fact that she took the time to wish me Happy Holidays on my way out the door truly shows the character of someone who recognizes that patients are people. That's rare, and should be valued. Ezra handled all the administrative odds and ends. When I say handled, I mean beginning to end handled. From walking me through the paperwork to booking my follow up and printing/emailing a half dozen receipts we're a family of 9, it gets complicated she was cheerful, warm and friendly. I was made to feel welcome; having an office staff who does that every single visit makes Alpha the gold standard for patient care in their field. Emergency visits are always promptly scheduled, and regular appointments are made to be as convenient as humanly possible for a family with a wildly unpredictable timetable. Never once have I or anyone in my family ever felt pressured to go in for expensive procedures the way some dentists do, like used car salesmen for teeth and the treatment is always explained in terms we can understand. The highest praise I can give? I get to see my wife smile again. Her full, confident smile. The same smile she had in high school, bright and beautiful. There is no way to express my gratitude, other than to say that Alpha Dental of Franklin is an absolute Godsend. I would recommend them to anyone, and I hope that if you've taken the time to read this entire rambling review you will make your next dental appointment here. I have been a regular patient of Alpha for about 5 and a half years. I started in the Taunton office but moved to the Franklin office when Michelle S. moved. Michelle is awesome, she has a great demeaner with patients and does a great job...What a valuable asset Alpha has in Michelle! As far as doctors go, Basha is second to none. Basha does a excellent job explaining what he is going to do and comes through with great dental care for the long term. Furthermore, I feel like when Basha asks you how you are doing, that he actually cares about your answer. I would recommend Alpha Dental to anyone every time.

Smells like Subway since it is located in the same building. Not a professional location - as I smelt the food during my appointment. Hygienist was okay - missed calculus on my lingual mandibular teeth. Won’t go back and I don’t recommend.

My dentist broke the bone pulling out my tooth because she was in hurry to get to the next patient.  That's when I realized it's conveyor belt dentistry. Henry Ford should be proud. They should be listed under Automotive directory.

Today I visited Alpha Dental of Franklin for a teeth cleaning and exam. The staff is amazing, professional, and friendly. I've been going here for 3 years now and I feel confident that I receive high quality care for all my dental needs. Shout out to Paula, my dental hygienist. She does a thorough job without discomfort and my teeth feel great!  I highly recommend this dental practice.
