No words! Amazing. Amazing. I will start with .. my dentist was horrible. Always rude and condescending I never liked him. Ever. He convinced me to remove multiple teeth and replace even though I didn’t have the money - he also told me I should get crowns and bridges because they were more ‘esthetically pleasing’ so I did and they have been FALLING OUT and I have only had them in a year. WELP - one fell out today. My dentist refused to take me - days before Christmas and actually sent me Dental Dream’s number and told me to go there instead. I called and Po answered - never have I felt more validated and advocated for in my life - she called my dentist and spoke with them - then let me know my files transferred and validated my concerns with my previous dentist. She also got me in about an hour after I called. I saw Dr Parker, who was great! The girl at the front desk was so friendly, nice and professional. Not only was I able to have my teeth fixed for Christmas but I have a new dentist. <3 Seeing how Po went to bat for me I trust them and am beyond grateful. THANK YOU!!!!!
1st visit, staff was quick and courteous. With all the reviews I saw of long waits I was pleasantly surprised. I was seen almost immediately. Dr. O was fantastic, personable and kind with a great sense of humor. 1st visit I only had x-rays and a cleaning but so far, great!
I went to Dental Dreams for the first time. It is way better than prior places I been to. The staff was very friendly. Dr O, was excellent, smooth, painless, and very knowledgeable. Even though I don't like going to the dentist. I have no problem going here when I have to.
A true Cinderella story, DR. O saved my smile! Ngl, my mouth was janky and both doctor and staff were sensitive and non-judgmental at least to my face . I will continue being a patient with them because not only have they restored my faith with dental care but they show humility. Thank you DR.O and the entire staff at Dental Dreams for the confidence to smile again
This is an awesome crew that works this dental facility . Great people great work and lots of help provided. I went in for 2 partials, got the molds done and was told 2 weeks and came back for them in 2 weeks. Arrived late to my appointment due to work and was quickly helped out by the awesome and fun front desk staff, even though I was late, walked out laughing with the staff and with my new partials and lisp awesome playlist in the dental facility also !!
Place is the not the cleanliness. Front desk staff has an attitude. Didn't even finish my child's cleaning because he has "6" cavities. Going to get a second opinion. Didn't seem like the most professional. Was able to get a fast appointment nonetheless.
Front desk staff was rude and unapproachable. Waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. They never sent my pain medication or antibiotics and I was in pain for days. Doctor told me that leaving an infected tooth in was the best option that day. They doctor also seemed annoyed when I asked questions saying “this is my job ik what I’m doing” never said it wasn’t I was just curious as to what he was planning on doing to my tooth. Would give a 0 if I could.
i been going here since i was a little girl and i now have a new dentist telling me that i need 4 teeth removed because they can’t be saved and i was just at dental dreams when they said i was fine and all i had was a few cavities but i told them i had broke my tooth with my tongue and they didn’t even look at it. i would never go here not to mention some of the nurses have crackheads running in that dentist and threatening them because they owe them money they simply just don’t have proper profession.
I am not going there again. My appointment was at 10am but I didn’t get seeing till 11.30. When I was finally put on the exam room, their equipment was not working so they left me with head tilted back in the chair for like 10 mins while looking for other equipment. Doctor Rizk was nice but he needs to retire. He kept poking my already swollen gum and my mouth was bleeding. At that point, I was furious because I had been there for two hours. The receptionists looked like they were forced to come to work. They had no respect for the doctor and was giving him attitude. They so unprofessional and rude to the him. I would have given them zero star if I could but I’m giving them 2 for the new dental assistant. I don’t remember her name. It’s Keyada or something. It was her first day and she super nice and professional. She kept apologizing for them because she understood why I was mad.
Really not recommended. It would be in the dentistry's best interest to look up how the last visit went before waking that FORMER patient up with a text asking for a review. In my case, I traveled from one end of the city to another by bus for a crown as a follow-up to a root canal, got novacaine in my upper jaw and sat in a chair under a lamp making a rapid-fire clicking noise for a hour before being told the procedure could not be done today. The procedure was apparently not for a crown at all but something else I definitely do not recall being informed of on a prior visit. I was then offered novacaine in my lower jaw so they could work on a never before mentioned cavity there. And I could add more criticisms but hey at least their secretaries seem really polite so the dentistry has at least that going for them.
