This practice is almost impossible to work with. I can't speak to medical competency, but the lack of efficiency by the staff, virtually no return calls, lack of caring, lost faxes, attitude of "it's not our problem," is beyond description. They love to argue and tell you what they don't need to do, aren't going to do, etc. I also have wasted lost work days scheduling appts. just to find out they couldn't accommodate at the last minute... they're mess up, not mine! I've even gone to a separate dr. just to insure blood tests would be done timely.

Great experience with this office! Recently moving to the area, I was looking for a new PCP. Unfortunately, I had an ER visit that warranted a more expeditious time frame. I called first thing in the morning, they scheduled me for the same day. Their staff was very timely, courteous and friendly! Dr. HOLBROOK was a great listener and I feel he put together a successful plan for my medical needs.

The office is actually great, but when calling before 9 a.m. it's impossible to reavh anyone. The automated system gives options for different departments but none allow you to reach a live person. Plus the appointments option 1 hangs up on you. The office is supposed to open at 7 a.m. for Alpharetta. Go elsewhere if you have an emergency.
