Dr. Stan is a great pediatrician and a shining star in the practice. The only flaw is their staff specifically communication issues between front office staff, nurses, and clients. When dealing with children and families with sick children, there is no room for rudeness. The pediatrician is lifting this practice's rating at this time. Perhaps this review will help the hard-working people at the practice find a teachable moment within their operational and communication structures.

The staff and pediatricians here are fantastic. Strong knowledge, great with the kids, and patient/helpful with dealing with insurance providers. We are continually amazed and humbled to be able to take our children to them.

The office staff at Pediatric Physicians, PC went above and beyond on a Monday afternoon to help me work out an issue with the insurance company. Thank you.

The doctors are phenomenal but the office staff is always unfriendly and unhappy. I figured you had to be a happy person to work around children. Especially when my son is waving and saying "Bye" and they look at him like he's an alien. When I was signing him in the lady at the window grabbed the clip board from me before I could sign in and didn't say why. Get some friendlier people in the front office and a sad visit to the doctor office for a toddler will turn into a more pleasant one.
