Well my dog had a seizure, we called and attempted to make an appointment for him. The receptionist could not get my name right even after me spelling it for her three times, exceptionally rude, after I spent $275 on an "emergency" appointment. I had been a client for over 15 years, but one rude, incompetent receptionist has ruined that relationship for ever, now finding a new vet!

Today was so hard we had to put our loving most amazing dog down. Her name was Kirra and we called Alpine and they got us in immediately and was so amazing to Kirra and us. I just want them to know how wonderful everyone was and I am so grateful for their compassion. Wonderful veterinarian and staff. Thank you❤️

I love going here.  Everyone is so friendly and helpful when you call.  They helped me with two very old cats when they moved on and were so wonderful to them and me.  I now have a cat and a new puppy that they have been great with both of them and my MANY questions being a first time puppy owner.

I've had animals my whole life and I've truly never liked a vet. That all changed a few years ago when I started going to alpine animal hospital. Dr. Rohn is great! My dog loves him and he is a very nice guy. I couldn't imagine going to anyone else.

Customer service is not great. When you walk in the door, expect to wait to even be greeted. Even when someone is at the desk. The handful of time I've been in there this has happened. I rate a 2 because they did safely get my dog through his neuter surgery. I was made to feel like a bad dog parent because I didn't want them to perform certain tests. Seems they always spring extra fees and charges on you. When I picked my dog up, the only discharge instructions I was made aware of were in regards to his pain meds and he's not to jump.  I was expected to leave on my own with no help loading my 81 pound dog into my truck by my self! He normally jumps in on his own with little to no help from me. Going the extra mile would be very beneficial to this practice. They do the bare minimum.
