If I had the choice it would be NO STARS AT ALL!! After dropping 600 bucks for a day of just monitoring and IV fluids, I won't be taking my babies here anymore! SHE SHOULD HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN SENT HOME!!!! Thanks you by good graces I was smart enough to hand force fluids with a syringe all weekend long. Come to find out on Monday my baby was sent home with holes in her small intestine and had to have emergency surgery to have a part of her intestines removed! WON'T EVER BE TAKING MY BABIES HERE EVER AGAIN! IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR THEM YOU WON'T EITHER!!!!

This was our go to place for all of our animals' health needs in Durango. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell by the way they handle and talk to the animals that they love animals. This is very reassuring when you are taking your pet in for major surgery.

I've had good experiences with DAH going back 17yrs..  Dr. Catherine Rottinghaus has always been a pleasure to speak with and given me the straight poop. so they're alright in my book!

Durango Animal Hospital is the best.  They have taken care of two of my dogs now, and I can say enough great things about them.  Especially Dr. Rottinghaus.  Her care was amazing as she helped Roadie battle cancer.  We are lucky to have such a great place for our animals here in town.
