Just had our first new patient appointment at Alpine Family Eye Care. My two Children (9 and 10 years old) and myself. Starting with the staff, they were super nice and helpful. Very friendly on the phone as well. Dr. Moulds took plenty of time with each one of us and answered any questions we had. The exam was VERY professional and Dr. Moulds was very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Alpine Family Eye Care to anyone. He is awesome with children.

African Americans...DON'T GO THERE. Called to make appointment. Was transferred to the so-called office manager, female name Autumn. I felt as if she was prejudice to African Americans (because of my voice) She told me "flat out" that she would not service me at their office and I should find another place to be treated. Initially I offered to give her my ID # on my insurance card instead of my name, hoping to make it easier for her to register me. Instead she became accusatory, aggressive & EXTREMELY rude. I even tried to apologize for her misunderstanding knowing as a manager she probably deals with a lot of mess on a daily. Instead she never addressed my concerns then hung up on me. I know that doctors take an oath to care for patients in need of medical treatment. So sadly, I wonder if the Doctor knows what type of person is managing his patients. Or in this case stopping him from getting patients. Yep racial prejudice in America...STILL in 2017.

Friendly? Yep. After finishing exam we asked what we owed and paid the bill. Asking again if this is everything. We were told yes. Then received a bill a month later. We double checked before we left if there was going to be any more charges and were told no. Now some bs fee. DONT TRUST THESE CROOKS!

Very nice staff, and they get everything done fast. Would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I love working with Alpine Family Eye Care! The staff is always friendly and helpful. You are never rushed through your appointment, the prices are very affordable, and they are generally on time for your appointment. Dr. Moulds is by far the best eye doctor I have ever had; he is patient, thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to give my highest recommendation to anyone. If you are looking for an exceptional eye doctor and office, this is the best in Grand Rapids!
