As a doctor he is warm and friendly and seems to listen well and tries to explain things.  However his office staff, although they be warm in front of him, are rude and unhelpful.  It tooks 1 month for my husband to get a refferal to his stomach doctor.  They never have my lab work called in or my scripts even though they assure me they will be their by a certain time I have often found myself at the lab or pharmacy waiting for the techs to call and find out the info that was promised to be there.  My daughter has a history of amoxicillin not working for upper respitory infections although that what a med center gave my husband I called Dr Presley to switch it and he wouldnt without seeing him.  My husband has been on stomach medicine for 10 years and although he was there but a month ago they wont call him in a refill without seeing him.  Save you energy while they seem great at first they become a headace in the long run since the office staff doesnt do their job.  I even left Dr. P a voicemail regarding it and never heard back.  I still cant get my lab results for 3 weeks back either, although I was promised a call back same day (2 wks have passed.)
