The people working here are the nicest ever. From the moment I walked in a staff member named Jeff was prompt to ask if I needed assistance looking for something and quickly guided me to the area and discuss options. Once I picked my item, Elena at the register was super nice and got me on my way in a jiffy. This place is an example of world class customer service!!

This ace used to sell a lot of smaller items that are hard to find. The store used to be laid out in an organized fashion. After Hurricane Harvey. The new owner decided that they wanted to change thing. The store is about half a hardware store and the other half is a women's clothing boutique.
This is not a hardware store anymore.

This place really has the best customer service, hands down, and the employees think outside the box when needed. The prices for actual hardware items are a little higher than the big box places, but they've usually had the emergency items I needed for home repair projects. That having been said, the garden center items have always been overpriced, and I don't like the post-Harvey layout that seems like a boutique with a smattering of hardware store items. The other day, I nearly tripped over a $600 upholstered chair while trying to get to the ever-dwindling hardware section. I know you have to get creative to keep small businesses alive, but I have trouble taking a hardware store seriously when it gives more floor space to dishes, clothing, and barbecue sauce than to nuts, bolts, and fittings.

Thanks Jackie for the horrible customer service. I called in six times I told her four times that when she put me on hold it disconnected and she didn't care just hung up on me again! $500 dollar meter pole I was trying to buy from y'all but that's OK I'll take my money to someone who appreciates their customers!
