I wish I could give this store a zero review! My husband and I have been loyal Lowe's customers for years we were so disappointed with our experience at this store. My husband and I were searching for a cart to load 4x8 sheets of plywood after practically going down each isle I went outside the contractor side doors. I asked an employee about 45-50 yrs old if there were any carts outside he very matter of fact told me to look inside then dismissed me. I went inside an asked a young man (Robert with a ponytail) if he could help me locate a cart he told me to look outside I told him I had already done that. Then he said well you'll probably fine one somewhere. I did find one and we loaded our 6 sheets of plywood. While standing in line Robert walked by and said did you find a cart yet (with a smirky look) he knew good and well we had. My point being no one helped or was even interested in helping and added insult to injury by being sarcastic without cause. I will drive a little further out of my way to another Lowe's or start shopping at Home Depot before I lend myself to this treatment again.

The good news is we have a new fridge, the not so great is all the trouble we had to go through to get it delivered. In their defense, Harvey's caused crazy demand for appliances in this area. The managers were very helpful getting things sorted out in the end, but it took several long store visits, an hour on the phone, and 3 scheduled deliveries to finally get a working fridge. Ugh!

Stopped by for a roll of insulation. Always helpful staff was there offering to help and carry my purchase to the register and car. Convenient friendly place to shop. Lowes is my preferred big box hardware store.

Kingwood location has absolutely no one to mix paint on a Saturday evening around seven. Very poor management! Had to drive to the Woodlands location to get top notch service.

Sales person was friendly. Despite the empty holes of stoves they where still selling they would not sell me the floor model of the stove I wanted and it was the only one in store. I left and got a better stove for same price elsewhere.
