Located on the mountain at Alta Ski Area, our ski in/ski out location, along with warm ambiance, personal service, and exceptional dining, make the Lodge the place to stay for a traditional ski vacation. I stayed here in summer, it certainly has its charm. But in case you don't like sking you don't have anything to do here. I came here, for a workshop on interdisciplinary research organized by University of Utah. But at night it can be a little boring, though it could be better if I had brought a book, which I forgot to do.

I attended a wedding there in the morning. Staff was very attentive and pleasant. Room was comfy and the view was absolutely amazing. It was very close to snowbirds where we attended Oktoberfest the next day. For brunch on Sunday, they gave the wedding party their own private room to eat in which I thought was amazing! Again, beautiful view from the room, and the brunch was SO TASTY! Will definitely be staying here in the future

The Alta Lodge is wonderful. It looks and feels like a classic European ski lodge, with a warm fire in the bar and lobby in the winter, and incredible access to wild flowers and hiking in the summer. The food is top notch and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I love the vibe. Sunday brunch in the summer is a can't miss for me and friends. I can't wait to go back!

Awesome lodge, close to the ski area. They have dorm room (3-4 beds) with breakfast and lunch included.

Loved the food that we had for lunch at Alta Lodge and would definitely eat there again
