So very disappointed with AltaOne. Back in July they updated all their ATM machines but would not allow you to view your balances on any of your accounts. Well because of this I overdrafted my account twice. They were great enough to waive the overdraft fees but at the same time close my account. Then want to charge me another $50 to reopen my account after I've been making payments on the overdrafts that was done. Didn't really work with me at all just decided that if I wanted to reopen account I could pay $50 again thanks but no thanks I will look somewhere else for business.

Everyone here is Extremely nice and friendly !! With the experience I have had with other Banks. Wow ! 
I recommend this Bank because of the Staff. Amazing !!

This is the first and only bank I have made an account with and it will likely stay that way. Everybody is incredibly friendly and they do your best to help you as soon as possible.
