I am not 1 to write reviews,but my experience today at the bank was the worst.I came in to the bank to complain that I keep getting malfunction card, when I use the chip,only to be told I'll be charged a fee for the replacement. The most disappointing part was other cashiers were looking. Closing my accounts today.

You should be able to reach your bank if it says it opens at 9am.called @ 9.10am and still not able to reach any.The automatated voice prompt is autally useless

Rude and lazy reps, needed a card replacement and they wanted to charge me $10 bucks. So I just closed my account better.

They have always been nice to me. One teller "male" was the only one that found it hard to smile. He does not work the service counter in Lancaster anymore. Thank goodness they moved him to a different position. I can't understand if you have a job dealing with the public one should enjoy the position or DON"T DO IT.
