I just had Frank and Keith come to my home today. I had an issue with my masterbedroom shower drain. I thought they would need to snake the drain and of course the co$t!! First time customer of Alternate Design Plumbing and I was so greatly pleased and happy with the prompt service I received.  Next day service and Frank was informative, helpful and funny !!!  Plus a fast repair man.  Thanks again to Alternate Design Plumbing, I'm sure I will see you again in the future !

We are so thankful to have Alternate Design Plumbing! After several failed attempts to fix our plumbing problem - Frank was able to explain the problem in detail to us and evaluate our options. He was very professional, kind, and full of knowledge. Laura at the office was kind and very helpful. She made me smile when I was exhausted and frustrated after battling plumbing problems for over two weeks. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!
