JP came to our house following Hurricane Irma for what would not be considered an emergency on a Saturday. Our garbage disposal failed and the sink was backing up. He treated us like it was an emergency and was extremely courteous and professional. For a weekend, the rates were very reasonable. I retired from the military after 30 years and settled in Polk City. So happy that my first call to a plumbing company has resulted in finding who I will call forever. Management must be fantastic to have this kind of service. Thanks JP, we are up and running!!!

Randall and Westley showed up as scheduled. Randall evaluated the situation and seemed to have a good in understanding of a manufactured housing drain systems to find our clog. Thoroughly tested the drain and all is well. We are very pleased with True Plumbers will recommend to everyone. We will call them again if needed. The professionalism shown by Randall and Westley have sold me.

Randall fixed a leak I had underground by my street shut off value and was extremely professional and helpful. The problem was worse than just a hole in the pipe and he fixed it all very efficiently and while answering all of my plumbing questions. It can be frustrating when having a leak but he went above and beyond the entire time. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would definitely call Randall from true plumbers for any plumbing needs that come up in the future. Thanks for the great service!

Randal and Reef were fixing the plumbing at my house today, they were super efficient, respectful and professional. Work well done! Thank you
However you only know how responsible a company is when they warrant their service. The plumbers fail to protect with metal the pipes running inside a stud and a nail punched the pipe. When I called them to repair it the first request was for my credit card. I spoke with several customer service who were very polite and no resolution was achieved. I had to  hire another company to fix their mistake. No one was able to take responsibility at True Plumber.  I will no longer use their services, they seem to be good in the beginning but they are not reliable.

I would definitely call True Plumbers again and I'll be recommending them to friends. When I called, they worked quickly to get me scheduled.  JP was right on time.  He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me.  He went straight to work and didnt waste any time and he checked everything out before he left.  I was pleased at how quickly my problem was resolved so that I could get back to work.    I would definitely refer True Plumbers to any one in need of their services. And I would definitely call them again if in need.
