I started my journey with Alternative Health in 2018.  At that time, I was 50 lbs overweight and have struggled all my adult life with yo-yo weight loss.  I needed structure, accountability and a new lifestyle which included eating clean and exercising.  All great desires but I couldn't get started, until a friend of mine introduced me to John, owner of Alternative Health.  I met with him and decided that I would give his program all that I had.  Two years later I meet my goal!  I was down to my goal weight and felt very healthy! Then I broke my wrist in April of 2020.  Because of the injury I couldn't work out.  Between that and my business that had to shut down due to the state mandatory shut down, I started to loose focus.  Well, it has been a year later and I'm ready to start my journey with them again!  During the entire time that I gave up on my health journey, John and his staff didn't give up on me.  They have called to check in on me at least 4-5 days a week!  This program works and I'm so excited to get started again!
