Dr. Feinland is a great PCP! He is always friendly and upbeat, yet serious when it comes to what you need. He listens, understands and is compassionate about his care he gives to his patients. He is very thorough and makes sure that necessary tests are run when needed and he is always on top of knowing/remembering my extensive medical history. If I have ever had a question, or concern, I am able to contact him through the patient portal and I hear back from him, or his wonderful nurse Kelly, within 24 hours, usually the same day though. The 4 stars rating was given because it can be difficult to get an appointment with him since he is so busy. While the front desk staff is friendly, I, like another poster here, have had an issue with the records department in regards to getting copies of records sent to other doctors offices. I also see Dr. Spitzer in this practice, (endocrynologist), I have seen the PT department in the past for knee issues and they are all awesome as well. Again, very friendly, compassionate and they're willing to work to help you. Over all a great experience with them.

I have had an amazing experience with the physicians at this practice. Not only did Dr. Tara Dumont (now retired) blow me away with her knowledge and ability to synthesize 4+ years of specialist care for my chronic pain / shoulder and neck issue, but she worked with my specialist to get onto better medication when I suddenly gained 40 lbs (and my specialist just wanted to give me another medication to treat that "symptom"). I've never felt more in charge of my overall healthcare than with this facility! My new PCP is wonderful as well, and fortunately I haven't had to see her much, as Dumont did such an awesome job! I will say, though, that for urgent care, I go to OnCall Urgent Care in Northampton because it is much easier to get in to be seen on an urgent basis. I have been seen on an urgent basis, though, and they did follow up and fill a script for a stronger antibiotic when my symptoms were obviously not improving. (I appreciate that, given that my history documents that I get a sinus infection at least once a year, with my deviated septum, etc.) Also - the physical therapy services at this site are wonderful! Sandy is the best woman I've ever worked with for PT, and she "gets" the fact that I am an athlete and a dancer, so when I say "I can't do this" (and it's some strange movement), she gets up and does it as well to understand what is going on. Absolutely wonderful.

THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PRACTICE GETS 5+ STARS. They are personable, prompt with returning calls, welcoming, efficient, friendly. I wholeheartily agree with the negative reviews of the general practice. My siblings were diagnosed with hemochromotosis (a life threat with no apparent symptoms.) I called Valley Medical, who tested my blood and then without warning, billed me personally $800 because "family history is not a symptom, so the test is not covered"" The follow up carnival of phone calls was ridiculous, with lots of passing the buck. It was finally resolved when they wrote bogus symptoms in my file! At my first physical, the doctor asked if I smoked. I said "one pack of Newports sometime in 1976, haha" . My record now shows " former smoker, a pack a day in 1971" I was 12 that year, as my medical record would show! My record also says " diet counseling" despite the fact I am 140lbs, 5'8" and the subject never came up. It also says " exercise counseling" despite the fact that I listed weights, cross country speedwalking, scuba, yoga and biking at the initial visit. Despite contacting the doctor, my record has not been edited.

Absolutely not. First of all, the care is impersonal. Second, if you need your medical records transferred, even if you move out of state, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.
