My coworkers and I went here on a Saturday during the lull. We sat at the bar. The bartender was on it with the pours. I had some lamb meatloaf, which was quite good. I tried a couple of their beers which also hit the spot. It’s good enough I’ll be back for dinner while I’m in Laramie.

Wanted to like it, I really did, maybe just an off night? Pork belly appetizer was awesome. Beer was fantastic and so great yo find a properly brewed mild outside of the UK. Unfortunately from there went downhill rapidly. Special was paella... asked the waiter and he said it was excellent, so I ordered it. What I got was a soupy bowl of rice, with a strange curry like color and shrimp, no chorizo as promised.... and then the first bite... TURMERIC!! Who the hell uses turmeric in paella? Now i understand it imparts a saffron like yellow color but flavor. Curry is wonderful when you order curry. To add insult to injury, despite the soupy nature of what was in the bowl, there were huge lumps of DRY curry powder! Just a disaster. The good news my wife's steak was good even if it was four different temperatures! I will try again because the beer was great!

We are so disappointed. After a casual wedding, we called and made a "soft" reservation for about 12 by 230. We showed up at 145 with 15. The place was pretty empty, open tables throughout (slow time of day, we understand). The host immediately was rude & horrible. He REFUSED to seat us together, even within the same vicinity. Even though there was no wait for walk-ins, we were told at first we'd have to wait until our 230 "reservation". Then they, finally, agreed to take 9 of us back and seat the other 5 ACROSS the restaurant... even when we asked the waitress AFTER the host had refused, she apparently didn't have the power to override the Host... We waited 20min for soda and alcohol, with the waitress explaining the bar takes "longer". The meal was just "ok" with very small portions... it took longer than 2 1/2hrs to finish the meal. So sad!! We are here from out of town, visit frequently and will never return to Altitude, mainly because of the attitude of the Host. If this guy is allowed to represent the owners, I am shocked. I have worked in restaurants and have never seen an employee so unwilling to make ANY attempt to accommodate paying customers!!!

A really nice dining experience. Great atmosphere and staff. The menu is really impressive with a variety for everyone that is reasonably priced. We're I still a beer drinker, I would have loved the choices of craft beers. I had the Sausage Sampler and the portion size was just right. Highly recommend.

After reading the poor reviews I was a little leery, but wound up pleasantly surprised. Our server Tori was just right. She was attentive without hovering or being cheesy. Our food was great, and my daughter’s meal from the “little appetites” menu was big enough to be a meal for me!
